Community Guidelines
Effective September 14, 2026
The Inspiration feed exists for one thing: so someone who's stuck can find something good to do — and the person who figured it out gets the credit.
Share what you'd be glad to see a stranger try.
What belongs here
- Things you actually did, that someone else could do in 100 seconds, or 25, 50, or 100 minutes.
- Clear enough to follow without having to ask you.
- Safe for a stranger to attempt.
- Generous: practical routines, small rituals, recipes, drills, ways back into work that's been waiting.
What isn't allowed
Self-harm or suicide
Anything that encourages, instructs, or turns it into a challenge.
Disordered eating
Extreme fasting, restriction, purging, or challenges built around them.
Dangerous activities
Anything likely to cause injury, or that needs expertise or supervision to do safely, presented as something anyone should try.
Sexual content
Of any kind.
Harassment, hate, or threats
Against a person or a group.
Illegal activity
Including drugs, weapons, or breaking into systems.
Personal information
Yours or anyone else's — addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, account handles, or anything that identifies a private person.
Medical claims
Presenting an activity as a treatment or cure for an illness or condition.
Spam and promotion
Advertising, links to sell things, or the same thing posted over and over.
Impersonation
Pretending to be another person or organization.
Anonymous isn't unaccountable
Sharing anonymously hides who you are from other people. It doesn't hide you from moderation. Every shared activity stays linked to the account that posted it, so these guidelines apply exactly the same way to anonymous and credited shares.
How moderation works
Reporting
Tap ··· on any activity in the feed and choose Report. Reports are private: the person who shared it is never told who reported it. Once you report something, you won't see it again.
Automatic hiding
When three different people report the same activity, it's hidden from everyone until it's reviewed. No single person can take something down alone.
Review
We look at reported activities and either restore or remove them.
Suspension
Serious or repeated breaches get an account suspended. Suspension immediately hides everything that account has ever shared and stops it from sharing more.
Blocking
From the same ··· menu, choose Block. You'll stop seeing everything that person shares. They aren't notified — and if they shared anonymously, blocking them doesn't reveal who they are to you.
If you're struggling
If you or someone you know is thinking about suicide or self-harm, or is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Tempril is not a crisis service.
Questions and appeals
To report something urgent, or if you think we removed something by mistake, write to support@tempril.app.
